ð° Salary: R 900 000 per annum (Negotiable)
ð Experience Required: 8–10 years in accounting or a similar role within Manufacturing𧩠Key Focus Areas:
- Management Accounting (35%):
- Lead financial control and compliance across operational units, ensuring integrity and alignment with IFRS standards.
- Financial Reporting (15%)
- Stock Count & Warehouse Analytics (20%)
- Compliance & Cost Control (20%)
- Customer Service Management (10%)
- Minimum Requirements:
- SAP experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (NQF 7)
- 8–10 years’ experience in a similar role within the manufacturing sector
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial systems, and reporting standards
- Advantageous:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (NQF 8) with CIMA registration
- Technical:
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/SAP accounting systems
- Solid understanding of IFRS and financial controls
- Behavioural:
- Proactive and action-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
