This is a high-volume environment, and the successful candidate must be comfortable managing multiple files simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and delivering exceptional client service. You will serve as a key liaison between clients, estate agents, and third parties, providing essential support throughout the transfer process.Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience for Junior candidates and 5+ years for Senior candidates in a conveyancing-related role
- Proven ability to manage a significant file load (approx. 30 files for Junior and 60+ for Senior)
- Proficiency in GhostConvey, LEXIS Convey, Stordoc, and E4 systems (non-negotiable)
- Matric certificate (non-negotiable)
- South African citizenship
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
- A relevant legal qualification will be advantageous
