- Inventory Tracking and Control: Monitor stock levels, track inventory movements, and perform routine inventory checks to ensure accurate counts.
- Stock Management: Assist in receiving, organizing, and storing incoming goods, ensuring that all products are correctly labeled and stored in designated locations.
- Inventory Audits: Participate in periodic stock audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Data Entry: Maintain up-to-date records of inventory levels, orders, and shipments using inventory management software or manual documentation.
- Order Fulfillment: Assist in preparing orders for shipment, ensuring items are correctly picked and packed for delivery.
- Supply Coordination: Work closely with the procurement team to identify low stock levels and place orders for replenishment when necessary.
- Shipping and Receiving: Ensure that all goods received are in good condition, verify packing lists, and manage the proper storage of items.
- Maintain Inventory Organization: Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient inventory space, following safety and quality standards.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to management regarding stock levels, inventory discrepancies, and any issues related to inventory.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications related to inventory or logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in inventory management or a similar role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (if required).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
