Group Financial Manager

- Oversee group consolidations and deliver accurate, timely financial reporting.
- Manage statutory reporting, compliance, and corporate governance requirements.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management at a group level.
- Provide financial insights and strategic guidance to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to IFRS and evolving regulatory frameworks.
- Partner with business units to support operational and commercial performance.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
- CA(SA) qualification essential.
- 5+ years’ post-articles experience, ideally within a listed or multi-entity environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, consolidations, and reporting.
- Proven experience in leading teams and delivering results in complex structures.
- Exposure to consumer-facing, fast-paced industries will be advantageous.
