Main duties and responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the dairy farm.
Supervise and coordinate staff activities, including hiring and training.
Ensure proper care of dairy herd and oversee milk production.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize dairy production.
Monitor dairy farm financial performance and prepare budgets.
Maintain records and prepare reports related to dairy operations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
