Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Food and Beverage Manager in daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and events.
  • Maintain high levels of guest service and satisfaction.
  • Ensure staff are well-trained, motivated, and operating efficiently.
  • Monitor stock levels, orders, and cost controls.
  • Assist with menu planning, staff scheduling, and health & safety compliance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 23 years experience in a similar role within a luxury lodge or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work in a remote bush environment with flexible hours.
  • Relevant hospitality qualification advantageous.
