A leader in the pathology diagnostic sector is seeking an experienced, resilient, ethical and results driven HR Manager to join their JHB team. The ideal candidate would need to have a track record of being a strong influencer, adaptable, cope with unrealistic expectations, conflict / crisis management, maintaining confidentiality.Key experience and qualifications:

Matric
Relevant diploma / Bachelors' degree
No less than 2 years' holding a HR Supervisory / Manager title
No less than 5 years' HR experience
Proficient with MS Office and HR related systems
Great track record as reference checks will be conducted upfront x 2

Act as Trusted Advisor
Work on HR projects - ensure company stays abreast of market and competitor trends
