Job Summary Qualifications

Matric
A Marketing degree/ diploma or related studies

Requirements

1-3 years’ experience in Marketing and/ or public relations and event management in a corporate environment.

Duties

Plan, co-ordinate and execute the promotional plan for the Business Unit
Organise events and coordinate logistics
Assist with the development of company marketing material including the area newsletters.
Support in the coordination of national external marketing campaigns
Conducting market research and keeping up-to-date with the latest entrepreneurship trends and competitors in Business Unit, and preparing reports on this
Report on marketing activity progress
Closeout reports on all events
Marketing administrative duties such as supplier liaison, payment processing and database maintenance
Assist with the development and management of the marketing budget.
Identify and propose marketing opportunities that may be relevant to increasing deal flow for the Business Unit
Stay up-to-date on marketing trends and best practices
