- End-to-end payroll capturing on the payroll system.
- Process high volumes of manual and biometric timesheets with precision.
- Ensure all payroll data is accurately verified, authorized, and submitted in line with SLAs and SOPs.
- Handle payroll deductions, benefits, allowances, and employee rates according to client specifications.
- Generate accurate invoices and ensure all required supporting documentation is attached.
- Maintain and audit payroll records for reporting and compliance.
- Provide prompt responses to client payroll queries with appropriate documentation.
- Compile and present weekly/monthly payroll reports for management.
- 35 years payroll experience within the TES / Labour Broking sector.
- Prior experience working on payroll systems
- Understanding of timesheet processing, payroll deductions, and statutory compliance.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Meticulous attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Highly organised and deadline-driven.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confidential, professional, and client-focused.
- Knowledge of BCEA and Bargaining Council agreements.
