As a Retail Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for representing and promoting our brand in retail settings. You will engage with customers, educate them about our products, and create a positive shopping experience. You will also be responsible for driving sales and building brand awareness.Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
2. Educate customers about our products and services.
3. Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
4. Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations.
5. Maintain a clean and organized retail environment.
6. Meet and exceed sales targets.
7. Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
8. Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the appropriate team members.
9. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
10. Represent the brand in a positive and professional manner at all times.Qualifications:
1. Grade 12 -Matric
2. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Enthusiastic and outgoing personality.
6. Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
7. Must be reliable and punctual.
8. Knowledge of retail operations and merchandising practices.
