Overview:Seeking an experienced Brand Manager with a strong background in branding and brand building. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, credibility, and growth.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building recognizable brands from the ground up and have the appetite and ability to be ‘hands on’ and involved in the detail.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen brand identity.
  • Develop and implement brand-building initiatives, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Develop and manage content creation, social media presence, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with agencies to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee the development of promotional materials, both online and offline.
Required Skills and Competencies:
  • Branding Expertise: Strong knowledge of brand development, positioning, and storytelling.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to design and execute data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Content Creation: Proficient in developing engaging content for various platforms.
  • Digital Marketing: Knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing.
  • Analytics: Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative Mindset: Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Preferred Experience:
  • Brand Building: Proven experience in building a recognizable brand from the ground up.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in luxury goods, financial services, or related industries is advantageous.
  • Leadership: Ability to mentor and guide junior marketing staff if needed.
Qualifications:
  • Years of Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of relevant marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on brand development.
