Group Revenue Manager

• Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximise group revenue and occupancy
• Analyse market trends, forecasts, and competitor data to guide pricing and positioning
• Oversee daily yield management across OTAs and direct booking channels
• Maintain accurate rate loading, inventory control, and rate parity across platforms
• Lead OTA and online booking platform strategy and performance monitoring
• Manage reservations for a flagship property and monitor online revenue across the group
• Generate regular performance reports and participate in strategic planning sessions
• Utilise forecasting tools and market data to predict demand and adjust pricing accordingly

• 5 to 8 years’ experience in revenue management within luxury hospitality
• Strong relationships with OTAs, booking platforms, and distribution partners
• Proven ability to drive revenue through pricing, data analysis, and inventory control
• Experience managing group reservations and rate structures
• Proficient in demand forecasting and market trend analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong time management, organisational, and analytical skills
• Matric certificate required; further studies in revenue management is advantageous
• Must be a South African citizen (RSA ID)
