
Interior Design Personal Assistant / Administrator

- Manage 2 directors’ calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation (if and when required)
- Prepare for and organise meetings, including agendas and refreshments as needed
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping
- Assist with personal errands and tasks as required
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
- Engage in ideas and exchange of creative options with the clientele
- Inventory management
- Delivery and collection administration
- Assisting fellow sales team with office duties as and when required
- Good communication skills
- Creating job cards for the workshop
- Following up on orders and overseeing until the order is complete
- Answer phone calls
- Prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- In charge of servicing all equipment
- Deal with IT related issues and logging tickets for all IT support needed
- Coordinate and manage tasks for other support team members from time to time
- Ideally 2+ years of interior decorating experience
- 3 to 5 years' previous experience as a Personal Assistant to directors or senior management
- 'Can do' positive attitude
- Engaging and high energy
- Must be fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (non negotiable).
- Good communication skills.
- Relevant certificate or Diploma
- Ability to deal with competing demands and deadlines simultaneously
- Creating invoices and quotes on Pastel Evolution
- Sales experience will be a benefit.
- Team player
- This role directly interfaces with the owners and clients of the business.
