- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering first-class service via phone, email, social media, and live chat.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, returns, exchanges, and order status updates with empathy and efficiency.
- Aim for first-contact resolution, while keeping customers informed and satisfied throughout.
- Work to meet and exceed personal KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Update customer records with accurate, concise information.
- Raise any operational issues or suggestions for improvement with management.
- Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken)
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Solid IT proficiency
- A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience in a contact centre environment
- Familiarity with high-end fashion brands or an interest in fashion
- Experience with CRM systems and online support channels
- Rotational Shifts: 10:00 19:00 or 11:00 20:00
- Shift allowance applies after 18:00
