Revenue Strategy & Analysis
- Develop and implement data-driven pricing and occupancy strategies
- Forecast demand, monitor booking trends, and adjust rate structures accordingly
- Conduct regular competitor pricing reviews and drive weekly revenue strategy meetings
- Manage rate loading, package creation, and inventory across all platforms
- Ensure alignment and consistency across direct websites and OTAs
- Direct focus on The Cape Milners reservation and rate management
- Manage and optimise listings across Booking.com, Expedia, Hotelbeds, Travel Ground & more
- Load specials, promotions, and seasonal offers across all online channels
- Track performance metrics: conversions, occupancy levels, and distribution analytics
- Lead reservation sales for The Cape Milner
- Generate reports and present revenue performance to stakeholders
- Collaborate with Sales and GMs on group-wide rate and promotion strategy
- Use historical data, market trends, and seasonal demand to guide strategic planning
- Provide ongoing insights to support leadership decision-making
- Adjust pricing dynamically to maximise revenue opportunities
- 58 years' experience in revenue management in hospitality (hotel/lodge groups)
- Proven experience with OTA platforms, booking channels & distribution partners
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and data interpretation skills
- Experience in managing group reservations and room blocks
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of revenue/PMS systems advantageous
- RSA ID, Matric certificate minimum; further training or qualifications beneficial
- Well-presented, independent, and highly organised
- Able to travel to Bryanston for interviews if required
- This is a live-out role, based in-office (Johannesburg or Cape Town)
