RPO Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Draughtsperson to join our client's team in the Engineering Consulting industry. As an Electrical Draughtsperson, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans for various electrical systems and infrastructure projects. Your attention to detail and expertise in electrical drafting software will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient designs.Working closely with our client's team of engineers and project managers, you will translate conceptual designs and specifications into detailed drawings. You will utilize your extensive knowledge of electrical systems and codes to create drawings that adhere to industry standards. Additionally, you will provide support during the construction and installation of electrical systems, providing clarifications and modifications as needed.Responsibilities

Create electrical schematic drawings and wiring diagrams using drafting software
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to develop and modify electrical designs.
Ensure that all drawings adhere to relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
Review and redline drawings to identify any errors or inconsistencies.
Provide support during the construction and installation phase of electrical systems.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in electrical drafting software.

Requirements

Relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Drafting
5 years Revit experience
Proficiency in electrical drafting software, such as AutoCAD or Revit.
Experience creating electrical schematic drawings and wiring diagrams.
Perform site inspections
Knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Prior experience in the consulting industry is preferred but not required.
