Electrical Engineer/Technologist - Consulting Industry

• Designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and equipment.
• Creating and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Selecting appropriate components and materials for electrical systems.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
• Troubleshooting electrical issues and providing solutions.
• Collaborating with other engineers and professionals on multidisciplinary projects.
• Conducting feasibility studies and cost estimates for electrical projects.
• Supervising the installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems.
• Evaluating the performance and efficiency of electrical systems.
• Researching and implementing new technologies and innovations in electrical engineering.
• Providing technical support and guidance to colleagues and clients.
• Documenting processes, procedures, and findings related to electrical projects.
• Participating in safety inspections and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Keeping abreast of advancements and trends in the field of electrical engineering.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of electrical design practices and standards.

• BSc/BEng/BTech degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical design for building services projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required
• Knowledge of relevant codes and standards
