- Designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and equipment.
- Creating and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Selecting appropriate components and materials for electrical systems.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
- Troubleshooting electrical issues and providing solutions.
- Collaborating with other engineers and professionals on multidisciplinary projects.
- Conducting feasibility studies and cost estimates for electrical projects.
- Supervising the installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Evaluating the performance and efficiency of electrical systems.
- Researching and implementing new technologies and innovations in electrical engineering.
- Providing technical support and guidance to colleagues and clients.
- Documenting processes, procedures, and findings related to electrical projects.
- Participating in safety inspections and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Keeping abreast of advancements and trends in the field of electrical engineering.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of electrical design practices and standards.
- BSc/BEng/BTech degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical design for building services projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required
- Knowledge of relevant codes and standards
