Our client is seeking a skilled Debtors / Creditors Clerk and Administrator to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in debtors, creditors, and general accounting administration, with strong skills in reconciliations, invoicing, collections, and financial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, and experience with Sage Accounting, MDA, or WeconnectU will be an advantage. Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English, attention to detail, and strong organisational abilities are key to success in this role.Minimum requirements:
  • Grade 12 / Matric (relevant financial qualification advantageous)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a debtors, creditors, or accounts/financial administration role
  • Strong knowledge of invoicing, reconciliations, credit vetting, and collections
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and quick to learn new software
  • Excellent communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
  • Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organisational skills
  • Previous experience in the property industry preferred but not essential
  • Experience with Sage Accounting, MDA, or WeconnectU advantageous
