A global leader in the Insurance industry is seeking a Financial Reporting & Business Controller to join their Cape Town finance team. This role partners with leadership to deliver financial insights, reporting, and analysis that drive strategic business decisions across international offices.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and present financial results, forecasts, budgets & shareholder reports
Develop and enhance reporting tools (Power BI, MS Dynamics, Excel)
Conduct cost, profitability, and pricing analyses
Support business planning and ad hoc financial projectsRequirements:Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration
Proven experience in financial reporting, controlling, and business analysis
Strong knowledge of international business
Advanced Excel/Power BI; large data handling skills
Excellent communication, analytical & organizational ability
