We are seeking a skilled and experienced Toolmaker with a strong background in plastic mould manufacturing to join our team in Meyerton. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Mastercam 2025 and a solid understanding of FANUC controls.Key Responsibilities:

Manufacture, assemble, and maintain precision plastic mould tools.
Program and operate CNC machinery using Mastercam 2025.
Set up and operate machines with FANUC control systems.
Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve tooling issues as they arise.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a toolmaker, specifically with plastic injection moulds.
Proficient in using Mastercam 2025 for CNC programming.
Strong working knowledge of FANUC CNC controls.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Apprenticeship or formal qualification in toolmaking, machining, or a related field.
National Matric Certificate.
