- Manufacture, assemble, and maintain precision plastic mould tools.
- Program and operate CNC machinery using Mastercam 2025.
- Set up and operate machines with FANUC control systems.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve tooling issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Proven experience as a toolmaker, specifically with plastic injection moulds.
- Proficient in using Mastercam 2025 for CNC programming.
- Strong working knowledge of FANUC CNC controls.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Apprenticeship or formal qualification in toolmaking, machining, or a related field.
- National Matric Certificate.
