
Finance and Admin Assistant

- Manage payment processing, expense claims and financial reconciliations in line with organisational and donor requirements
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and digital records (invoices, receipts, timesheets)
- Support the preparation of monthly finance reports and assist with budget tracking
- Assist with compiling documentation for donor reports and audits
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and liaise with suppliers or service providers as needed
- Track sub-grants and contract milestones with support from the grants and contracts team
- Maintain well-organised filing systems for finance and admin documentation
- Support meeting scheduling, minute taking and follow-up of action items
- Assist with admin support for events, including budget tracking and supplier payments
- A diploma or degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a finance or admin support role
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and donor compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Clear communication and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a remote, multicultural team
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
