
Finance Administration Assistant

- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Track and record expenses, receipts, budgets, and cash flow
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Generate weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports
- Assist with reconciliations, tax documentation, and supplier payments
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or similar
- 1+ years' experience in a similar finance/admin role
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial software: Zoho Books or Sage
- Previous experience in the travel or tourism industry
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Highly organised and efficient with good time management
- Based in the Western Cape, Southern Suburbs
- Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle
- Comfortable working independently from home
