- Assist with daily site operations and project coordination
- Support senior engineers with project planning and execution
- Monitor progress on-site and ensure compliance with design specs
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates
- 1–3 years of experience in a civil engineering or construction role
- Previous site-based experience in a construction environment is essential
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering (BTech, BSc, or NDip)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant engineering software.
