Strategic Project Oversight: Manage the technical direction and execution of large-scale, high-complexity projects
Technical Expertise: Oversee the design of complex structural systems and components whilst providing technical guidance
Risk Management: Assess potential risks throughout the project lifecycle and implement mitigation strategies
Innovation: Lead research into new structural technologies, standards, and innovative solutions
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary technical liaison with clients, stakeholders, contractors, and consultants
Quality Assurance: Develop and enforce quality assurance procedures
Site Supervision: Provide guidance on resolving unexpected issues at construction sitesSkills & Experience:
Technical Proficiency: An excellent knowledge of building codes and standards, including ACI, AISC, ASCE
Proficiency with design and analysis tools such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, and Excel
Design Phases: Full project cycle and ability to develop Structural Concepts from first principles
Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Communication: Excellent ability to prepare clear, detailed and concise technical reports and presentations
Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex multiple projects, from concept through to construction
Mentorship: Strong experience mentoring junior and mid-level engineers, providing technical support and guidance
Minimum 8 – 10 years of experienceQualification:
BTech/ Beng/ BSc Civil Engineering (Structures)
Master’s in engineering
