- Plan, lead, organise, control and support the entire operation of a Fitment Centre.
- Ensure the achievement of company budgets by generating sales, managing expenses, and controlling stock.
- Establish a culture of trust and effective communication to achieve business KPIs.
- Manage customer service to ensure targeted levels of satisfaction.
- Enforce and manage compliance with standard business practices and procedures.
- Effectively manage and hold staff accountable through performance and disciplinary procedures.
- Develop and mentor staff through talent management and IDP processes.
- Proven experience in a relevant role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Total of 7 years of relevant experience, with 2 years of general management duties.
- Essential qualifications include a General Management Diploma, B Com Degree (Management), or Grade 12.
- Extensive knowledge of people management practices, company policies, and procedures.
- Proficiency with SAP, CRM, ERP, and other sales and management tools.
- Strong business acumen, including basic financial reporting and analysis skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
