Training and Development Company in Ballito, KZN, needs an experienced Quality & Compliance Manager: Accreditation & E-Learning to join their growing team.
Working hours: Mon- Thurs: 8h00 16h00, Fridays: 8h00 13h00Key Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 12 with 5+ years management experience OR HR-related Degree/Diploma
- Minimum of 2 years experience in managing learning programme accreditation with SETAs and the QCTO
- Experience in managing SETA/QCTO monitoring, evaluation, audits & accreditation processes
- Strong research and development experience around SETA/QCTO qualifications
- Strong background in managing e-learning platforms, content, and compliance
- Ability to develop and implement innovative e-learning solutions aligned with SETA/QCTO standards
- Excellent leadership, communication & organisational skills
