- Generate revenue and enhance the client’s experience
- Point of contact for any customer queries, complaint resolution, answering phone and e-mail enquiries etc
- Interact with customers to ensure all data on web to lead applications are up to date
- Provide feedback on new, in progress and decisioned applications in a structured manner
- Stakeholder engagement
- Meet the set standards of productivity and quality to achieve set KPIs
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- 3+ Years experience in a Call Centre and Customer services environment (preferably in Retail/ Financial services)
- Experience in Microsoft Office with proven Excel skills
- Advanced business writing and conversational business language skills
- Typing skills (minimum 30 words per minute)
