
M&E Officer

- Supporting Implementation of M&E related activities, including assistance with strengthening district-level processes for data collection, reporting, and quality assurance activities for OVC
- Capacity development and on-site training of SI cadres at district level (e.g. M&E monitoring / standards and practices for integrated meetings
- Managing database, with assistance from Data Capturers
- Support in report writing and presentation at district and provincial forums
- Implementation of data review/ monitoring processes and refining analytics in each district
- Improving reporting systems and ensuring application of data-driven learning at district level
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification with minimum of 4 years' experience in M&E systems.
- Experience in the implementation and management of systems and database management;
- Experience training others on M&E systems and data quality assurance (data collection, reporting, and analysis)
- Experience with donor M&E and DQA reporting requirements.
- Computer skills and experience using MS Office suite.
- Ability to work independently, flexibly, and collaboratively, in a diverse team and fast-paced environment.
- Able to problems-solve and rapidly customise processes to local context and still achieve desired outcomes and expectations for data quality and performance.
- Fluency in English.
- Valid driver's license.
