We are looking for a Senior Accountant.Job Description:· Produces payroll by initiating computer processing; printing checks, verifying finished product. Completes external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts; providing information for auditors.· Summarizes financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.· Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.· Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.· Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to scheduleJob Requirements:· Excellent accounting software user and administration skills· Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process· Awareness of business trends· Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles· Proven senior accounting experienceSalary on offer – R 25 000.00 – R 30 000.00The post appeared first on .
