An integrated fresh produce and FMCG wholesaler and retailer specialises in offering the freshest produce there is to offer - a wide variety of top-quality fruit and vegetables at affordable prices. Their retail markets offers fresh produce, bakery, take-away, butchery, groceries, packaging and liquor.They are seeking a dynamic junior Retail Risk Officer to join their team at their Kempton Park store.Duties & ResponsibilitiesReporting directly to the General Manager, assist to providing a safe work environment for the staff and a safe shopping environment for their customers.Risk management and loss control:

Assistance with coordination of outsourced security companies.
Assistance with coordination of internal security on retail floor.
CCTV and Control Room operations.
Investigations and incident reports.
Assist with planning and implementation of response plans in the event of security incidents.
Assist with updating and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) where necessary.
Provide support to the Inventory Control Team
Coordinate cycle and stock counts
Investigate variances
Propose adjustments for approval

Health and Safety:

Work with appointed HSE consultants to implement OHS act requirements

Desired Experience & Qualifications

Grade 12
Relevant qualification
At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
Computer literate
Own reliable transport
Non-Smoker
Willing to work Retail Hours

Salary negotiable in the region of R15 000 -18 000 per month.
