- You will be required to support the ongoing effort to integrate newly acquired entities into the technology infrastructure and security teams;
- You will be required to lead the planning, execution and delivery of infrastructure projects across global environments. This includes network integrations, active directory trusts / integrations, cross-entity App authentications, cloud migrations and endpoint standardizations;
- You will be required to a hands-on technical leader with deep experience in infrastructure platforms and a strategic mindset to align technology delivery with business goals;
- Project leadership & execution:
- You will be required to lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting and execution;
- You will be required to coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations and vendors;
- You will be required to manage project scope, risks and change control processes;
- Infrastructure oversight:
- You will be required to oversee deployments involving network engineering, Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization platforms and endpoint security;
- You will be required to support initiatives involving cloud transformation, disaster recovery and business continuity;
- Technical coordination:
- You will be required to collaborate with engineering teams on network architecture, authentication platforms and general infrastructure core services integrations and standards;
- You will be required to ensure compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity policies and operational standards;
- Stakeholder communication:
- You will be required to provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders;
- You will be required to develop and maintain technical documentation including project plans, design specs and operational manuals;
- Vendor & resource management:
- You will be required to manage procurement and delivery of hardware / software;
- You will be required to liaise with external contractors and service providers to ensure timely execution.
- You have excellent leadership, problem-solving and communication (verbal and written) skills in English;
- You are a strategic thinker with the ability to manage tactical emergencies;
- You are a self-starter capable of designing and building operational frameworks;
- You have experience with cyber security operations and governance;
- You are comfortable working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- You have a minimum 12 years current, relevant experience in IT infrastructure project management, preferably in financial services or trading environments, preferably with a significant portion of that as an operational / production technical resource;
- You have a strong technical background in:
- Windows Desktop & Server environments;
- Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V);
- Endpoint Security;
- Network Infrastructure (Cisco, Arista);
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure);
- You have proven experience in managing global teams and multi-site deployments;
- You have familiarity with ITIL, PMP, or Prince methodologies.
