To provide secretarial/administrative support for the Office of the Deputy Registrar Academic Administration to ensure effective and efficient rendering of quality service by way of handling correspondence, diary management and phone coverage.To work as a team member through contributing to department's activities, which require team support including but not limited to organising related meetings and related documentation; financial management of the office budget; travel logistics; and other job-related functions.Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Matric (Grade 12)
Three (3) years relevant experience in a Higher Education environment
A minimum of two (2) years office management and/or related administrative experience
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel; Word; Power Point)
Sound Knowledge of ITS
Recommendations:
A National Diploma in Office Management Technology or an equivalent related qualification
