- Grade 12 with relevant commercial degree and 2+ years B-BBEE experience / knowledge
- Good knowledge and understanding of the Amended Codes and Sector Codes
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) & proficiency with MS Office programs
- Sector Code knowledge required DTI, Construction, Agri – required, preferred MAC, ICT, Tourism, Property
- B-BBEE software experience preferable
- Must be self disciplined and able to manage deadlines well
- Must possess a strong understanding of B-BBEE codes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Responsible for conducting assessments and providing expert guidance on B-BBEE compliance to clients.
- Analysing relevant documentation, interpreting legislation, and assisting clients in achieving their B-BBEE objectives
- Evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, reconciling the information to produce a B-BBEE score and/or a verification file for their clients
- Network with clients to build relationships
- Monitor market trends to develop/improve existing products and services
- Statistics and project progress updates
- Assess data; verify evidence; on site reviews; risk identification; client complaints; calculate scores; reporting; file preparation; project management; workshop presentations
