Job Summary The Junior Sales Representative will be responsible for visiting multiple retail locations to promote products, ensure proper merchandising, and maintain strong relationships with store personnel. The role supports brand growth by driving in-store presence and gathering key feedback from the field. Candidates must be comfortable with daily travel and client-facing engagement. Use of own reliable vehicle is essential for store coverage within the Johannesburg area.Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular visits to assigned retail stores to promote the brand
  • Establish and maintain positive in-store relationships
  • Ensure products are well-displayed and aligned with visual standards
  • Collect feedback and insights from store personnel and customers
  • Submit detailed reports on store visits, customer interactions, and sales performance
  • Deliver basic product training and updates to store staff
  • Identify potential new sales opportunities within the area
  • Monitor stock availability and notify of any shortfalls
  • Support the execution of promotional campaigns and in-store activations
  • Uphold a professional brand image during all store engagements
  • Stay informed on current product offerings and updates
  • Maintain consistency in brand messaging and presentation
  • Observe and report on competitor activity in the field

Requirements
  • Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence

Remuneration
