- Assist the service team with installation, servicing, and repairs of customer machinery.
- Conduct mechanical and electrical fault finding on machine tools.
- Identify and ensure timely ordering of required parts and consumables.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new service or sales opportunities.
- Provide accurate service reports and ensure job cards are correctly completed for billing purposes.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including general workshop maintenance.
- Qualified Millwright with 3 – 5 years hands-on experience working on CNC and conventional machines.
- Proficiency with various machine types including:
- Conventional milling and lathe machines.
- Press brakes, shears, and rollers.
- Bandsaws, presses, and wire cutters.
- Plasma and laser cutting systems.
- CNC lathes (vertical and horizontal)
- Experience with control systems such as Delem, Cybelec, Fanuc, Siemens, and CypCut.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transport.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in English.
- Willing and able to travel locally and internationally.
- Available for overtime work when required.
- R30 000 – R45 000 per month.
