We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and cloud infrastructure, with a passion for automating and streamlining operations. This role requires collaboration with software developers, system operators, and other IT staff members to manage code releases and deploymentsWhat you'll do:
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or Azure DevOps.
  • Cloud Services Management
  • Deploy, manage, and monitor services on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Monitoring and Logging
  • Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk.
  • Configuration Management
  • Manage system configurations using tools like Ansible, Packer or SaltStack.
  • Security
  • Implement and manage security best practices, including IAM, network security, and vulnerability management.
  • Collaboration
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure that solutions are designed with scale/performance and operability in mind.
  • Automation
  • Identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reliability of deployments.
  • Incident Management
  • Respond to system and service incidents and participate in root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.
Your Expertise:
  • 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or related role
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experiencePreferred Qualifications
  • Certifications
Relevant certifications such as:
  • AWS Certified DevOps Engineer
  • Google Professional DevOps Engineer
  • Azure DevOps Engineer
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Powershell, or Python.
  • Experience with version control systems, especially Git.
  • Strong understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
