Our established and growing company is looking for a Junior Debtors & Creditors Clerk to join our team.Duties and responsibilities · As listed below but not limitedto:· Proficiently use accountingsoftware and other financial tools· Stay updated on advancements inaccounting technology· Reconciling of Debtors andCreditors· Processing Creditor Invoices/Credits· Processing debit/credit requests· Bank import / receipts· Reconcile Bank statements andother financial documents· Record financial transactions andensure proper documentation· Age analysis management andreporting· Debtors Statements and POD’s· Debtors’ control / collections· Prepare Creditor Payment Schedule· Updating, keeping records ofVehicles· Updating, keeping records of AssetList· Assist in preparing Vat and Taxreturns· Stay informed about changes in taxlaws and regulations· Ensure that financial records andtransactions are auditable and meet regulatory requirements· Daily ad-hoc office duties Experience and Qualification:· Matric· Strong Administrative skills· Excellent communication skills· Some experience using an accountingsoftware preferable but not necessary as training will be provided.· Excel experience· Well organized· Ability to prioritize· Own reliable transport.
