This is the ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys working with people, and is ready to take action and drive results from day one.Other Duties Include:

Management of the full finance function, including budgeting and forecasting
Team leadership and people development within the finance department
Financial reporting and the preparation of monthly management accounts
Operational and business performance analysis
Support to senior leadership in strategic decision-making

Education:

Newly qualified CA(SA)

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Experience in retail, FMCG, or manufacturing sectors during articles is advantageous
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High energy, proactive mindset, and a genuine interest in leading people
