Tasks:Provide IT support to end users:
  • Resolve helpdesk tickets within SLA
  • Provide telephonic and remote support
  • Perform Ad hoc tasks
Maintain IT network:
  • Set up hardware
  • Install and maintain cabling
  • Set up new networks
Working hours:
  • Mon Fri (08:00 17:00)
  • Shift work (07:00 14:00)
  • Standby shifts
Essential Qualifications:
  • Matric Certificate
  • A+ Certificate
  • N+ Certificate
Essential Experience:
  • 1 years experience in IT Support
  • 1Years experience in hardware
  • 1 Years experience in operating and application systems
  • Minimum of 1 years experience in software
  • General experience in Linux and Windows
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Working knowledge of electronic equipment
  • Workable knowledge of Helpdesk systems
  • Application of Microsoft Office and Linux software
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Ability to provide technical support telephonically/remotely
  • Problems solving skills
  • Microsoft Applications
  • SharePoint Experience
