- General experience in Linux and Windows
- Working knowledge of electronic equipment
- Workable knowledge of Helpdesk systems
- Application of Microsoft Office and Linux software
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Ability to provide technical support telephonically/remotely
- Problems solving skills
