Job Description :We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO / SD Functional Consultant with deep knowledge of configuration, design, and integration testing in S4 Hana environments. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the analysis, design, and implementation of SAP Finance (FI) and Sales & Distribution (SD) modules, ensuring business requirements are effectively translated into functional solutions.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:Lead and support the implementation of SAP FI and SD modules.Conduct thorough analysis of complex business processes and identify system solutions.Facilitate and lead workshops with business stakeholders to collect and validate requirements.Map client business processes and requirements to SAP functionality.Configure, test, and customize SAP modules based on specifications.Manage ticket handling and SLA adherence within an Agile environment.Document functional specifications, test cases, and implementation results.Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Development teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.Proactively identify gaps and propose workarounds or innovative solutions.Independently manage deliverables in accordance with Agile Working Model (AWM) expectationsEssential Skills and Experience:Minimum 5+ years of IT or Finance-related experience across full SAP implementation cycles and support environments.Strong configuration and design expertise in SAP FICO and SAP SD.Solid working knowledge of S4 Hana systems.Experience in ticket management, SLA tracking, and Agile project methodologies.Proficient in integration testing and strong documentation skills.Strong interpersonal, communication, and business analysis skills.Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Finance, or relevant certifications.
