Senior Financial Accountant (Financial Services)

• Preparation and review of annual financial statements (IFRS)
• Oversight of monthly management accounts, reconciliations, and reporting packs
• Support statutory, regulatory, and tax compliance
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Partner with auditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders

• BCom Accounting (Honours / CA(SA) advantageous)
• 4–6 years financial accounting experience, preferably within financial services (insurance, asset management, or banking)
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and regulatory requirements
• Advanced Excel and systems proficiency (CaseWare, SAP, or similar)
• Proven ability to work independently and mentor junior team members
