- Excellent cooking skills, with a particular strength in baking.
- Proficiency in menu planning, stock control, and costings.
- Must be fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
- Computer literacy is required.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and staff.
- A friendly personality and professional appearance.
- Customer service oriented, proactive, and able to multitask.
- Ability to plan, organize, and show a high level of attention to detail.
- Willing to work shifts, evenings, public holidays, and weekends.
- Must be resident in or near Stellenbosch and have personal transport.
