A position for a Production / Farm Manager has become vacant in Bonnievale. The job incumbent will assist the owners in the management of agricultural units consisting of Persimmons, Plums and Citrus.RESPONSIBILITIES:

Production planning and execution
Irrigation, fertilization, pruning, and pesticides management
All relevant recordkeeping and administration pertaining to production

The effective management of the total human resources component

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 3 years’ experience in a production position
A relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work proactively and autonomous
