This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in formwork, scaffolding, and general construction, looking to further their career in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and project budgets
- Manage and monitor project costs throughout the lifecycle
- Evaluate and compare subcontractor quotations
- Assist in contract negotiations and procurement
- Conduct site visits and liaise with site/project teams
- Compile progress reports and cost analyses
- 3–5 years of experience in a Quantity Surveyor role
- Proven exposure to construction, formwork, and scaffolding projects
- Relevant qualification: BTech, BSc, or National Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and cost control
- Proficiency in MS Excel and QS-related software
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
