Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. • Preferred: Advanced Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). • Desirable: Registration with ECSA and affiliation with professional organizations like PMI, PMSA, SACPCMP.
