Job Summary A vacancy for an area operations manager has arisen within a Coffee Shop Restaurant group in the Jhb east / south area. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years of management experience in a multi-store and franchise environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing franchise support and maximizing store potential. The primary duties of the role include maintaining brand standards, service levels, recruitment, staff development, and training as well as doing store audits. Applicants must be proficient in financial management, including reviewing annual restaurant budgets and quarterly forecasts, monitoring all restaurant KPIs on a weekly basis, implementing action steps when necessary, and ensuring that accounting department requests are resolved and communicated promptly. The ideal candidate should have a hands-on management style and a strong passion for the Restaurant industry. Candidates without multi-store experience will not be considered. Working hours are 6 days a week from 8am to 5pm. Salary R 20 - 25 K CTC. Quote reference RA21 when applying.
