Oversee and optimize the Internal Sales Department, ensuring timely and accurate order processing aligned with customer expectations.
Maintain On-Time Delivery performance and manage inventory effectively by implementing FIFO principles.
Collaborate with senior leadership to support smooth operational continuity during transitional periods.
Ensure accuracy and integrity in all system information and records.
Lead initiatives to enhance team performance through strong leadership, mentorship, and people management skills.
Uphold operational standards in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.RequirementsTertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (e.g., B Com Logistics).
Minimum of 5 years of management experience in logistics, preferably in dispatch, warehouse, and sales operations.
Proven experience managing internal sales processes in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of leadership in cross-functional teams.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Competence in inventory management systems and relevant software.
Valid driver’s licenseAdditional Note:
