Exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist with a solid background in call centre operations to join a leading international hospitality group based in Johannesburg North.As HR Generalist you’ll be reporting into the HR Manager & will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department.You’ll be required to manage & support all HR-related processes, including maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment & hiring, managing payroll & benefits, & ensuring compliance with company policies & legal regulations.As HR Generalist you’ll be the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns, as well as contributing to a positive employee experience.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree / equivalent NQF 6/7 level in human resource management or related fieldProven experience in a generalist HR role, with a strong focus on employee relations.Minimum of 3 years’ discipline specific experienceSound knowledge of HR practices, labour legislation, & disciplinary procedures.Experience using HR Information Systems, particularly PaySpace and SuccessFactors - essentialStrong ER/ IR KnowledgeContact Centre experience a huge advantageSalary Package: R45 000 CTC
