R70 000 - R100 000 CTC Per monthThe Organizational Change Management and Training Specialist will ensure that business change is adopted effectively and sustainable by leading structured change interventions and managing the full training lifecycleMinimum requirements:
- Degree in Business Management, HR or Organizational Psychology
- Professional certifications in Change Management eg Prosci, ADKAR or CMI and/or training methodologies eg Instructional Design, Train-the-Trainer or equivalent
- 7 - 10 years in change management, training or organizational development roles
- Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
- Change Management Strategy and Execution
- Communication and Engagement
- Training Strategy and Delivery
- Training Operations and Custodianship
- Change Enablement and Adoption Support
- PMO Integration and Governance
